For various types of tension springs, such as British and German tension springs, a secondary processing seat can be additionally installed on the host. This secondary processing seat is driven by a 1.0kw servo motor and is clamped by a cylinder The extension arm clamps the semi-finished tension spring produced by the main machine, and then passes the second processing of this processing seat.
The program control of the secondary machining seat and the cam system are separate actions, so the production speed can be accelerated.
Core transfer system
On the shaft center of the core system device, the shaft center can be rotated in the left and right directions, as well as more than right. The angle position of the core shaft sleeve is 20m/m and 34m/m.
