Industrial production status of fine blanking parts
Since the fine blanking technology was introduced into China in 1965, the scale of fine blanking industry in China has been expanding continuously. At present, there are more than 70 fine blanking enterprises in China. In terms of materials, the domestic plate used for fine blanking mainly adopts hot rolling raw materials + cold rolling and spheroidizing annealing. There are many enterprises that can produce steel for fine blanking, and the competition is fierce, but the quality of steel is uneven.
With the increase of labor cost, the automation of fine blanking production line has become one of the development directions of fine blanking industry. Fine blanking automatic production line includes automatic feeding, feeding position detection, parts detection, material management, mold status detection and so on. At present, the research and application of automatic feeder has been very mature, many domestic enterprises have been able to independently manufacture automatic feeder for coil. Figure 2 shows the fully automatic fine blanking machine developed by Beijing Institute of mechanical and electrical engineering.

It is very important to ensure the qualified rate of parts for mass production of fine blanking parts. In order to reduce the detection difficulty of large-scale fine blanking parts, a lot of research on visual inspection of size and shape of fine blanking parts has been carried out. Based on the feature recognition and visual inspection system of fine blanking parts, a series of visual inspection equipment for detecting part defects are developed. According to the characteristics of burr and defect of fine blanking parts and the image features of surface damage, scratch and indentation, the corresponding image defect recognition, segmentation and discrimination methods are developed.
Development trend of fine blanking technology
The research on fine blanking technology of traditional ring gear pressing plate has been relatively mature, but in order to meet the higher product quality requirements, many new process research and development have been carried out, and the research on new technology and new technology has brought corresponding theoretical research demand and equipment demand.
According to the industrial production practice of fine blanking parts, there are several research directions of fine blanking technology in the future
(1) intelligent fine blanking production. The increase of human cost makes the demand of intelligent, automatic production and automatic scheduling more urgent in the fine blanking industry.
(2) innovation of fine blanking technology. With the improvement of product requirements, high quality, large size, high precision complex parts, precision blanking method and technology put forward higher requirements.
(3) practical finite element simulation technology. The finite element simulation technology has brought great convenience to the research of fine blanking technology, but for the production of parts, the subsequent heat treatment and surface coating process of fine blanking parts will seriously affect the size of parts. Further research is still needed for the simulation process from fine blanking to subsequent processing.
Intelligent fine blanking production
The automation of fine blanking production has achieved initial results. The automatic fine blanking equipment produced by FEINTOOL company in Switzerland has been able to complete the production process from feeding, fine blanking to blanking. China has also independently developed an automatic fine blanking production line and put it into actual production. However, according to the production process of fine blanking, the automation of fine blanking production line also needs to consider the intellectualization of production scheduling. After setting the production plan, it should be able to automatically carry out warehouse out management of raw materials, so as to facilitate fine blanking processing. In actual production, the production scheduling, deburring and inspection of fine blanking parts still rely on manual operation.
For deburring and other processes of automation research progress is slow, large-scale fine blanking parts can be deburred along the edge of the parts by CNC machine tools, but for small and large quantities of parts, there is no better deburring method that can replace manual deburring.
Therefore, the main development direction of fine blanking intelligent production is the integration of fine blanking production line and the automation of individual processes. Through improving the automation level of each process, the intelligent fine blanking manufacturing requirements can be completed.
